Last week Square Enix released The World Ends With You: Solo Remix, an updated remake of the DS game for iDevices. From everything I’ve heard about it, it’s pretty good. But that isn’t what we’re hear to talk about. At the end of the game, an image is revealed that suggests we may be getting a TWEWY 2.
The image above shows a girl with headphones like Neku holding Mr. Mew, the main weapon and stuffed animal of Shiki, Neku’s first partner in the Reapers’ Game. She is standing in front of 104, a clothing store in the game, and the sign says “New 7 Days.” I know I just described the image above but this is really cool.
Who is this girl? How did she get Mr. Mew? What is she listening to in those headphones? Hopefully these questions and more will be answered in the coming weeks.
