Looks Like Your Gamerscore Might Actually Mean Something

Microsoft offers rewards for Xbox Achievements. MyAchievements is a new program that offers rewards based entirely off of Gamerscore. It is broken down into three levels based upon the amount of achievements you’ve accumulated throughout your Xbox Gaming. With each tier offering a “special gift” during your birthday month, champions will also receive 1% rebate as well as Legends will receive a 2% rebate on all Xbox Live Marketplace purchases every month. You can sign up for MyAchievements right now on Xbox’s official site by clicking here.

MyAchievements is an extension Xbox Live Rewards. You probably haven’t heard of it. Back in 2010, Microsoft sent out email  invites to a select few Xbox Live members for a chance to participate in the Xbox Live Rewards Pilot Program. You were able to gain Microsoft Points for taking surveys. Xbox Live members are now able to earn free Microsoft points to spend on Marketplace content.
