We May Have to Wait Until 2014 for Sherlock Season 3
Why is it that every other British TV show I watch has a bullshit release schedule? Shows like Primeval will have seven episodes week to week and then just disappear for the rest of the year, leaving its fans 10 months without anything. And Sherlock is probably the worst out of them all. Each season is only three episodes long. Sure, they’re 90 minutes episodes, but that’s less than one month of the show then we have to sit there and wait. It’s a small, petty grievance, but with this piece of news I felt like I should say it.
Production for season three of the BBC series Sherlock was originally going to start in January. This got many fans hoping they would be watching the new season by the summer. But now with the stars of the series being so busy, Benedict Cumberbatch with Star Trek 2 and Martin Freeman with The Hobbit, production has been pushed back to March. EW sources are saying that the new season won’t air until late 2013 or maybe even 2014.
