Injustice Gets a Season Pass for Characters and Costumes
You guys remember when I thought that season passes could be a good thing and that I liked them? Yeah, I’m starting to them now, and NetherRealm certainly isn’t helping.
Much like their previous game, Mortal Kombat, Injustice: Gods Among Us is getting a season pass. The pass will get all four planned DLC characters for the game for the price of three. The pass will run you $15 (1200 MSP), so that means that each character will individually cost you $5 (400 MSP).
The pass also gives you alternate costumes for Aquaman, Deathstroke, and Wonder Woman based on their Flashpoint counterparts. For those who don’t know, Flashpoint is a comic story arc set in an alternate timeline where Superman is a small child kept in an underground research facility, the Atlanteans and Amazons are at war, and Bruce Wayne is dead and his mom and dad are the Joker and Batman, respectively. Comics are weird.
Injustice: Gods Among Us is set for release on April 16th for the Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii U.
