While being interviewed by PSM3 magazine, Todd Howard was asked about his thoughts on 3D technology. He responded negatively to it saying,
“Honestly, I couldn’t care less – having to wear those glasses! I’m not a 3D fan. It ruins the image for me.”
He continued to say, “I think everyone’s going to keep trying, but I’m not sure.” When asked if he thought 3D technology was going to be sticking around.
So not only are we not getting a demo for Skyrim that will be hitting stores this fall, but we will not have to worry about wearing clunky 3D glasses while playing it for hundreds of hours.
I am with you Mr. Howard; I am no fan of 3D. I can not wait for it to go back to the 80’s and stays there.
