At the beginning of this year, it was announced that a new Sword Art Online series would be coming this year. It will be based on the Phantom Bullet arc of the light novels set in the game Gun Gale Online, and it sounds really stupid. And we’ll either get confirmation or proof against its stupidity this summer.
It was announced this past week that the second season of SAO will be premiering this July as part of the summer anime season. The announcement was made during a rebroadcast of the first season on channel BS11.
Yeah, that’s kinda it.
