PS4 Update 1.70 Coming Next Week
About a month ago, Sony announced PS4 update 1.70, which would introduce more advanced video editing feature and the ability to turn the HDCP lock off, allowing people to capture footage through an external capture card. This week, Sony announced when we’re getting it. And it’s soon.

SHAREfactory is the editing app which also allows you to save your captured videos on an external drive, making it easier to upload your videos to sites like YouTube. The update will also give players the ability to preload games they digitally on the PSN.
Update 1.70 for the PS4 is dropping April 30th, 2014.
