E3 2015: Star Wars: The Old Republic Gets New Expansion This Fall

During the E3 press conference, EA has announced a new expansion pack for their Star Wars MMO, The Old Republic.

Called Knights of the Fallen Empire, the game will be a more story focused pack starring a character called the Outlander, a survivor of the Great Galactic War who is trying to kill the Emperor.

Anybody who downloads the expansion, which will be free to all subscribers, will have the choice to jump immediately to a level 60 character. The expansion will also be episodic, with nine episodes to start and more coming in the New Year.

Knights of the Fallen Empire is dropping on October 27th.
