Three years ago, The Last Guardian from Team Ico was announced at E3. It had a giant dog-bird thing and it looked awesome. After that the game just kind of disappeared for a while with only the occasional trailer to prove it still exists. Well, it’s 2012 and now we don’t even have a trailer. Just some dude.
Shuhei Yoshida, Sony’s president of worldwide studios, has been accosted by people asking for info on The Last Guardian. When asked, this is a paraphrase of the answers he gave:
“We can’t give an update right now, but we’re working on it.”
So I guess we will have to wait until they’ve made enough of the game to show it off.
