The Gurren Lagann Manga is Ending

The manga adaptation of Gurren Lagann will be ending this year according to creator Kotara Mori. He announced via Twitter that the last volume of the series will ship by the time the Japanese re-broadcast of the anime ends. The re-broadcast begins January 5th, so with a 27 episode run, the manga doesn’t have a large amount of time left. While this tells us that another form of Gurren Lagann is coming to an end, a new one is beginning. Mori also mentioned a Gurren Lagann radio program beginning this month. How long this will run is yet to be known.
