It looks like the upcoming anime adaptation of the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure manga will be starting from the first story arc of the series, Phantom Blood.
A leaked key visual (see above) from an upcoming issue of Ultra Jump showed Johnathan Joestar and Dio Brando, the main characters of the Phantom Blood arc. I haven’t read any of this manga at all, but I looked up a plot synopsis of this arc and it sounds fucking insane.
I really do hope this anime turns out well. From what I have gathered about this series it seems right up my alley and it could work great as anime.
