Gearbox Announces Three Borderlands 2 DLC Packs

Gearbox really does love making DLC for their Borderlands games, don’t they? They released four campaign packs for the first game over the course of 11 months, Borderlands 2 already has a character pack and three campaign, and now Gearbox is making three more.

The first one coming is the Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack. This pack will up the level cap by 11, bringing it to 61. It will also include the Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode, a fourth playthrough that scales all enemies to level 50-61. It will be available on April 2nd for $5 (400 MSP) or for free if you bought the season pass.

The second pack is the Psycho Pack, which introduces Krieg, the new playable Psycho Bandit character. He is a melee focused character, with the Blood Axe Rampage special skill. This lets him regain health whenever he kills someone. He sounds like an analog for Brick from the first game. The Psycho Pack will be coming in May at some point for $10 (800 MSP). A reveal trailer was also released for Krieg.

The final pack was announced at PAX East during the Gearbox panel and will be the fourth campaign DLC pack for the game. They also showed off a little teaser video for the pack, which IGN recorded and put on YouTube. It’s kinda choppy.

So yeah. That’ll be coming in June. What do you guys think it could be?
